According to global Times news Agency Europe, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg welcomed the Turkish Parliament’s adoption of the draft law on Finland’s NATO membership. The Global Times Europe informs that Y. Stoltenberg wrote about this on his Twitter account “I welcome the Turkish Grand National Assembly’s vote to complete the ratification of Finland’s (NATO – ed) membership. This will make the entire NATO family stronger and safer,” Stoltenberg said.
It should be noted that the draft law on the approval of Finland’s NATO membership protocol was adopted by the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.Sweden and Finland applied for NATO membership a few months ago. Turkey made a condition for their membership in the organization that they should not support terrorists. But Sweden supports PKK terrorists. Actions of PKK supporters are held in this country.
